Cyrus A. Monroe, M.D.
Dr. Cyrus Monroe is an American Board of Radiology Certified Diagnostic Radiologist with subspecialty expertise in Body and Musculoskeletal MRI. Dr. Monroe received two undergraduate degrees in 2002 from Florida State University, with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Chemistry – Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Monroe’s Medical Degree was completed at the University of Florida in 2006.
Dr. Monroe completed his postgraduate Transitional Internship in 2007 at Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News, Virginia. He then went on to complete his Diagnostic Radiology Residency training in 2011 at the University of Florida, College of Medicine. He completed his Fellowship training in MRI Predominant Body Imaging and Musculoskeletal Imaging in 2012 at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Monroe relocated to Tampa, Florida where he joined SDI Radiology in 2014. Dr. Monroe is is a member of several professional societies including the American College of Radiology, American Board of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiologic Society of North America, and Florida Radiologic Society.
